This is a rolling recruitment process with sessions available for an immediate start in the Mid, North and East of Cornwall. Session rate is £12.00 per session and delivered in blocks of ten sessions. Sessions are allocated on a needs led basis and not guaranteed. This is a sessional worker opportunity not a contracted position.
One to one workers will be required to travel to a variety of locations, including schools, to deliver sessions. One to one workers will ideally have experience in working with emotional and mental health and wellbeing and have a therapeutic qualification to a minimum of level 4 or equivalent, or be able to demonstrate relevant work experience. Our work is child focused and child led and we use creative arts in the widest sense, to engage young people. The Dreadnought Centre works within a person centred philosophy offering young people empathy and unconditional acceptance. Dreadnought is a free-to-play class-based PVP space third-person vehicular combat shooter for PC and PS4 by developers Six Foot and YAGER and publisher Grey Box.
