The collision detection in this game is a little wonky.Ħ. When piling stuff into biohazard bins.always try to keep the little bits (cans, paper, giblets) in the bottom, then set something heavy (manhole cover, torso, giant alien face) on the top to keep things suppressed. It seems counter-intuitive to think that a gibbed piece or blood splatter would be on the ceiling / in an air duct / under a table, but that stuff will get you every time.ĥ. What's more, clean them first! Having junk in or around them increases the chance for a flare up (which means soot everywhere)Ĥ. That's usually enough to erase the bullet holes. When using the arc-welder, I count to four (slowly), then release. You can check whether you have another "clean mop" in the bucket by how opaque / red the water is.ģ.

Being able to just turn around and toss things into the furnace is immensely helpful.Ģ. Find the furnace first, no matter where you spawn, and start cleaning outward from there.
